What does flowbix club cost?

flowbix club is free for up to 30 active members. Beyond that, the club pays CHF 9.50 per month — regardless of how many members it has. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

Where is the club data stored?

All data is hosted on servers in Switzerland. flowbix club complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP), and every club can sign the data processing agreement (DPA) directly in the app.

How do I create QR bills for membership fees?

A fee run creates Swiss QR bills as PDFs for all active members, with a QR reference pointing to the club account. Send them by email, as print templates or through the member portal.

How does automatic payment reconciliation work?

You upload the camt.053 or camt.054 file from your e-banking. flowbix club matches payments to open invoices via the QR reference and, on the Paid plan, posts them straight to the books.

Can members view their own data and invoices?

Yes. On the Paid plan, members access the portal via a magic link — no password needed. There they see their profile, invoices and shared documents.

Can I import existing member lists?

Yes, via CSV import. A template is available in the app; existing Excel lists are migrated in a few minutes.

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. You register your club without payment details and can switch or cancel at any time. Your data always remains exportable as CSV.
